For high-power electric scooters, it is important to cultivate a habit of regular inspection during daily use. Before each ride, perform a quick check of the tire pressure, brakes, and the connection points between the handlebars and the frame; address any loose screws or component irregularities promptly. For models with a folding design, pay special attention to the folding latch and locking mechanism to ensure a secure connection and maintain riding stability.

The battery and charging system are also key areas for daily maintenance. Always use a charger compatible with the vehicle, ensure the charging environment is dry and well-ventilated, and avoid exposing the battery to high temperatures or humidity for extended periods. During daily use, try to avoid deep discharging the battery over long periods; if you notice abnormal heating, swelling, unusual odors, or a significant drop in range, stop using the vehicle and have it inspected by a professional.

Brakes and tires are components subject to significant wear and require regular inspection based on usage frequency. Promptly adjust or replace parts if the brake feel becomes spongy, braking distance increases noticeably, or brake pads show severe wear. Maintain proper tire pressure and inspect the tread for significant wear, cracks, or foreign objects. High-power models deliver strong performance, making it even more critical to keep the tires and braking system in optimal condition.

When cleaning the vehicle, avoid spraying high-pressure water directly onto electrical components such as the motor, battery connectors, or controller; instead, wipe the body with a damp cloth and dry it promptly. If the vehicle will not be used for an extended period, store it in a cool, dry place and follow the manufacturer's guidelines regarding battery storage and periodic checks. Proper basic maintenance reduces the risk of breakdowns and helps extend the service life of the battery, tires, brakes, and other components.
